Trucking & Logistics

Fuel goes out today, the broker pays in 30, and a blown turbo doesn't care about either. Most carriers are already factoring, which changes what a funder sees in the deposits and what they'll advance against. We underwrite around that instead of pretending it isn't there.

What we fund here

Tractor or trailer purchase
$40K – $250K
Major repair on a revenue truck
$10K – $75K
Fuel and driver payroll between settlements
$15K – $150K
Adding a truck against a dedicated lane
$50K – $300K
Insurance premium down payment
$10K – $60K

Ranges are typical, not guaranteed. Your terms depend on your business and the funder.

What underwriters look at

  • Whether you're factoring, and if so, what's left in the deposit account after the factor takes its cut.
  • Deposit consistency week to week — a carrier with steady settlements underwrites better than one with spikes.
  • Authority age and safety score. A fresh MC number is a real hurdle for some funders and not others.
  • Owner-operator versus fleet. Single-truck files are a different credit box entirely.

Questions

I factor my invoices. Can I still get funded?
Yes, but it narrows the field — some funders won't sit behind a factor, and your factoring agreement may restrict additional debt. Send us the agreement and we'll tell you straight.
My authority is four months old.
That's the minimum for several funders and a decline for others. We know which is which, and we won't waste your time on the wrong ones.
Can I finance a truck from a private seller?
Usually, with a clean title and an inspection. Add a few days.
What about a fuel card instead?
Sometimes that's the right answer and it isn't financing. If it fits better, we'll say so.

Let's see what your numbers support.

Three documents to start: the last four months of business bank statements, a driver's license, and a voided check. That's the whole file to get options back.

FundMainStreet.com is a financing arranger, not a lender or a bank. We connect business owners with third-party funding partners and are compensated by those partners when a transaction closes; we disclose that compensation to you before you sign. Approval, terms, and funding are determined solely by the funding partner. Merchant cash advances are purchases of future receivables, not loans.
